Chicken Curry Recipe
Ingredients:1 kg chicken meat
3 onions
2 Tomatoes
Two chilies
Coriander leaf
Garlic and ginger paste 1 tablespoon
Green Cardamom 4 pieces
Bay Leaves 2 pieces
Cloves 4 pieces
Black Pepper seeds 8 or 10
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon kashmiri mirch powder
3 teaspoon salt
Making Meat Masala:
Mix well 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon kashmiri mirch powder in the bowl.
Cutting:
Cut onions and tomatoes into small pieces. Cut coriander leaf in any size.
Cooking:
Take a frying pan and heat 2 table spoon vegetable oil. Add Green Cardamom 4 pieces, Bay Leaves 2 pieces, Cloves 4 pieces, Black Pepper seeds 8 or 10. Fry for 1 or 2 minutes. Add onion pieces stir and fry for 5 minute. Now add the meat after the onions are fried well. Stir well and fry meat for 7 minutes. Cover it and cook it for 4 minutes extra. Add 1 tablespoon garlic ginger paste and stir for 2 minutes. Add meat masala and stir for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes pieces and 3 teaspoon salt stir well for 2 minutes. Now add 250 ml water and cover it. It is ready when it has boiled once. Turn off the gas and put fresh coriander leaf. Chicken curry recipe is ready to be served.
